At Panera Bread, I developed graphics and animations for both mobile and desktop applications, contributing to cohesive and engaging digital experiences. My work included designing drip email campaigns focused on promoting new and limited-time offerings, using tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop to execute visually compelling assets.
I created designs that reached a wide range of customer segments, from new prospects to lapsed members, across key programs including Unlimited Sip Club and MyPanera. Each project involved managing and delivering assets across multiple touchpoints, including email marketing, e-commerce, social media, and in-app updates, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment throughout the customer journey.
I collaborated cross-functionally with UX developers, copywriters, and legal teams to ensure all deliverables were on brand and compliant. Additionally, I contributed to high visibility campaigns featuring sponsored celebrities and brand partnerships, which required heightened attention to legal guidelines, accessibility standards, and precise execution across all platforms.
